Great Video! You should read “Bring the Jubilee” It is a short story about an America where the South won the Civil War.
This is an interesting video and although the United States has provided some great opportunities and blessings for people all over the world, I feel it is also important to realize that the US has caused some major problems world wide too. For example, the United States is the one country most responsible for the recent global economic melt down. Would the world be worse off without that?
as a further explanation on my comment above, I don’t feel that it is the US that caused the global economic crisis, but the greed which is rampantly fostered in our society. Our country is wonderful and I am more than glad to be a part of it. We need to know that it can only continue to be great upon the principles of righteousness as stated in the Book of Mormon. Without that, we will be wiped off this continent as quickly as the Lamanites were when the US started heading west in the 1800s.
