I think THE HARDEST thing about "living within your means" is being content with that. It's so hard to see past all of the brand new cars on the road, the people sporting the latest and greatest tech gadgets, etc. I try to shake myself mentally and remind myself that no, I don't need that new whatever- I'm quite happy without it. When that works, I am even happier. I completely agree! I think THE HARDEST thing about “living within your means” is being content with that.
