I just ran an update on jobs. Best ration of energy used to experience received is under New York Enforcer, Run Illegal Poker Game (1.94 to 1 ratio), but requires poker chips and cards. Best without needing to keep earning stuff is New York Boss, Settle a Beef Permanently (1.86 to 1 Ratio).

Thanks for the scoop on experience per energy- those fractions confused me in grade school and I still haven't figured them out...
